Our Payment Methods

Our Payment Methods

At , our clients can choose from a range of payment methods for our dental services.  We accept various payment options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs and preferences. For your convenience, we have listed the following payment options for you to review.

Cash

Many patients find it convenient to pay in cash. It is also common for patients to pay for half of their treatment in cash and have the remaining portion covered through their insurance provider. This should be approved by the insurance provider before beginning your procedure.

Credit Cards

Today, many people prefer paying with their credit cards rather than any other payment method. We accept the majority of credit cards to provide maximum convenience to our patients.

Personal Checks

Aside from cash, we also accept personal checks as payment for our dental services.  Should you need to use a personal check or make a bank transfer, our office will be happy to provide you with all the necessary details needed.  These may include the receiver’s name, account number, etc.

CareCredit

Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it again and again. CareCredit is a great option if you're on a budget, in that you can pay for your dental expenses in installments. Ask us about CareCredit today! Applying is easy, and we are here to answer any questions.

Insurance

Insurance companies cover many of your health expenses, saving you from paying out of your pocket. Dental insurance is also a type of medical coverage that provides coverage for certain dental expenses. It can be offered as a part of the overall medical indemnity or as a separate policy. To better assist patients, our office in Weatherford, Oklahoma, also processes treatment compensations through dental insurance.

It is important to make sure your insurance plan is currently active because many polices enter into effect several months after your application approval. We also encourage you to confirm that the treatment you will be receiving is covered by your insurance company.

In addition to clarifying coverage with your dental insurance provider, we also recommended that you confirm with our office that we accept your insurance provider’s coverage. Some insurance agencies are not registered with us. In some cases, your insurance may allow you to pay in cash, and then offer a reimbursement after the appointment.

We hope this information has cleared up your concerns regarding our available payment methods.
